Are you having problems with Goods or Services?

At Glasgow Central CAB we can help you with a range of consumer issues.

We would advise you to bring the following documents with you to allow us to make the best possible assessment of the situation:

  • A copy of any contracts, terms and conditions
  • Any other documentation such as receipts
  • Contact details of the service supplier
  • Copies of any letters or emails you have sent or received
  • Photographs of the problem if appropriate

Glasgow Central Citizens' Advice Bureau will never ask you to provide confidential, financial or banking details by telephone or email.

We advise clients to keep copies of all correspondence and details of any contracts made.
