Email Advice

Glasgow Central Citizens' Advice Bureau

Trained Advisors by Email

Glasgow Central Citizens' Advice Bureau has now established an email service to provide advice to residents who live within Glasgow City Council tax area and meet certain criteria.

In order for us to deal with your enquiry you will have to tick the box acknowledging that you agree to the data protection statement outlined below.

Data Protection Statement

"I give my explicit consent to the Bureau maintaining a record of my case, including any sensitive data. I also give consent, in line with the Bureau file storage procedure, that the Bureau can destroy my file after 5 years."

When you provide this information please continue by explaining as clearly as you can and in a logical manner what the problem is. We need to know times, dates, costs and any diary of events you have kept etc; any steps you have taken to resolve the issue; and any discussions or written communications you have had or received.

By your being specific and providing all the events as they happened, we hope to reduce the amount of emails or contact we will need to clarify details before giving advice.

Provided you have submitted all of the above information we will endeavour to reply to you as soon as possible but will acknowledge your enquiry as being received.

Service Provision

This service is for new enquiries only and not for any follow-up of existing cases.
